Running (Hemus) 57:30 [3] 10.0 km (5:45 / km)
ahr:147 max:166 slept:7.0 shoes: Asics Trainer- Blie

Started with guys - was ready for under 5' pace, but they were hurting today and went around 6'! So after 15min went on my own on the old hemus tracks from 10-15 years ago. Nice area - nice new club house too. Body felt well - Hr back to normal.

Running race (Hogberget - Lade) 19:53 [5] 4.7 km (4:14 / km)
ahr:182 max:185 slept:7.0 shoes: Asics Trainer- Blie

Vasastafetten - leg 8, baby one. In beginning it was rather big downhill - for 1.5km went for some 3.40 pace, then some uphill, pace dropped significantly and in something under 4min. Conditions were generally ok - no rain and kind of sunny, but mud and puddles on the road were kind of annoying in places. Body felt kind of ok too - HR is back to normal. Our team finished 2nd, around 10min after some fast girls, so no dalahast :( We won accommodation for 10 people in gronklit during summer. Very useful prize. Also was to run on one team as Tove (even though I havent met her on that weekend). probably not gonna use the prize with her neither..

Running (Buiviai) 19:00 [3] 3.0 km (6:20 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: Kayano-Pink

Morning jog round lakes. Felt hard, belly was not happy so instead of planned 5 cut to 3. Anyway had a bit stretching at home, what was more important than a run.

Running intervals (KP) 5:00 [5] 1.5 km (3:20 / km)
max:183 slept:8.0 shoes: Asics Trainer- Blie

10x150m with 250m rec. Felt slow and hardly understanding how to move the legs, but after 5 ints kind of understood whats going on and increased pace a bit and got into fast mode a bit (from 30 to 28). But it felt hard - especially when HR went over 180 - it felt like I was 1k intervals. Still dont understand why HR is so low and 'normal' 180 feels so hard.

Running warm up/down (+ rec and drills 2s) 1:07:00 [3] 10.5 km (6:23 / km)

Orienteering race (Opglabwek) 1:05:13 [5] **** 8.8 km (7:25 / km)
ahr:166 max:176 slept:7.0 shoes: Inov-8 X-TALON

Last day of flanders 4-days. Course was 7.7km, but more like middle character on the most technical map. Really liked the course as it never let you to relax in some kind of greenish sand dunes. Missed pretty bad in beginning on the controls in the middle of nothing - 1st and 3rd - close to 3min. Later was rather ok - some wobbles in the control circle, but not more than 1-2min totally for the rest. Started to get pretty tired after 50min, so took easier- even though qasnt running super fast as strugfled with motivation.. It was weird that hr was so low this week - it felt like i put effort, but it stays low - not sure if i am slow or i am trained well.. Left butt was getting worse over the days - even though had couple of really good stretches.
Clear win on the course - seems all guys didnt like technical stuff. Also won the class as my only competition was mp today. Nice weekend - speedy orienteering, towels and trophies as prizes, but ended up getting over 10 ticks..

Orienteering race (Genk) 58:09 [5] *** 9.5 km (6:07 / km)
ahr:166 max:179 slept:8.0 shoes: Inov-8 X-TALON

Flanders, long - 8,3. Quite demotivating course - lots of routes on roads, not so much orienteering except the last 4-5 controls in the very end where i got cought by M35 leader and only guy who beat me all days - i kept nicely infront of him till he saw the last control to give him nearly all best splits. Messed up badly on one control - close to 1.5min, also went straight couple of times - guess by the end of this weekend will learn that going straight is a shit route in belgium.

Running warm up/down 28:30 [3] 5.0 km (5:42 / km)
