Trail event. Wanted to do it more in easy pace - that worked well in flat bits and dwonhills. Tried to run most of the uphills, but some of them were too slippery and steep. Held up nice for 1h or so, then walking was more common and needed to get some rest on the flat part too before strat running. Slipped into the water as well - it was too muddy for shoes to be useful.. Fun in general, but harder than expected. Was like 5min after austeja.
Hr is back to normal - maybe the signt of being recovered

2km at tempo pace. Felt ok, but seems it was too early - enjoying just running, but anything faster is not enjoyable even to think. Also left but/hip is getting tight.

Supposed to be intervals day, but mind doesnt want to run fast at all. To just cruised around - rusty in begining and demotivated in the end.
