Running hills (Xtrasa) 1:21:00 [3] 10.5 km (7:43 / km) +700m 5:47 / km
slept:9.0 shoes: Bold orange

Xtrasa. Hesitated till the last minute - obviously it wasnt smartest idea. But decided to give a try and take easy. Ran only the first hill, bit it was too tough so walked the rest climbs and tried to save my calves as they were a bit tight. Midway got half of banana. Second loop was pretty good - even felt i was getting into some kind of rythm. 6min down to tekle.
Sauna and stretching after

Orienteering long (Kaunas) 3:58:30 [3] * 34.5 km (6:55 / km)
slept:6.0 shoes: Asics Fuji

Kaunas Rogaine with Tomas G, Vida and Vesta. Good gang, reasonable pace. It was starting to get painful the last 30-40min and the very beginning was a bit heavy.

5x800m with 400rec. Felt like I couldnt go any faster. And HR was pretty low. But it was still painful. Anyway glad i did it till the end.

slept:7.0 shoes: Green-Asics

Solo lunch towards Sapiegine with slight touch of hills at KP. Felt heavy, so was happy it was solo.

Running intervals (Maniezas) 8:00 [5] 2.4 km (3:20 / km)
slept:6.0 shoes: Asics Trainer- Blie

4x(100+200+300) with same distance recoveries. Jeez, it was painful - dont remember when the last time was so exhausted after each interval - even though didnt feel like i was going fast. Anyway got maybe kind of better on the last set (maybe because it was the last set?) I had really shit sleep and didnt feel too well - got some high HR signs during drills. Even though HR felt high and it was difficult to get it down during recoveries - never got the evil high. Some core stuff after - with personal supervision and bullshit from PR.
