Sausio 13-osios begimas. With RB. Hesitated before the run as got sore right footsince yesterday evening. But it was quite ok while running - seems only walking is pretty uncomfortable. Anyway the next couple of days will be easy - hope nothing is serious. It seems to be ok after warmed up.

Suginčiai race. It was perfect condition - no snow, maybe a bit cold, but ok. Felt pretty easy in the beginning - pace was around 4.10, midway started to get steeper and harder. But it was still ok. It got pretty hard the last 3k. Happy with pb too!

4x800m with 400m rec + ~500m . With Indre. Felt pretty good - legs still sore from hills, but were moving pretty good, hr was rather low as well. Its been a while since had such comfortable intervals in this pace. But after 3 reps got some sharp pain in belly, so 4th was painful (with recovery in WC) and managed to do only 2.5 loops before proper pain kicked in on the 5th interval - a bit pity, but it will be reminder not to eat dried fruit before intervals.
