Vilnius sprint tour. After working in the start for 1 is always hard to get into racing mode and didnt feel i got into any. So ran controlled and didnt feel i was pushing really hard. Got annoyed as thought i took one wrong route choice. In the finish realized it was the best one. Didnt really missed anything, so maybe that helped me to win.

6x800m with 400m rec (full) - 4-5'. Felt stressed, tired, grumpy and hungry - havent been snacking since lunch. So didnt think about speed - goal was just survive. Didnt go so bad - HR tried to go up, but managed to control it after the first two and it behaved well. In the end even started to feel better - managed to sprint last 100m after got encouraged by indre. Legs still stiff from xtrasa.

3.30 + 3.05 + 2 x 2.15 + 2 x 1' + some quick improvised hills intervals with run-down recovery. Actually the short ones felt more like intervals, but it was more pleasant.
