Didnt feel too well in the morning - some sore throat, but couldnt miss perfect conditions. With Neringa 3 rokantiskes loops - with some stops on the uphill as didnt want to push toi hard and to breath cold air. Got better in. The end.

With Indre. Felt good, but sometimes tough in the snow. Hills didnt feel that tough. Pain in hips after 1.40

Pabaiskas - Ukmerge race. Pretty good conditions - crosswind the first 3.5 km, but then tail wind till the finish. Started in some 4.10-15 pace, but after the long downhill kept around 4min/km pace! Felt pretty good - tried to keep hr around 175 the first kilometers, under 180 for the middle and didnt care in the end. The last uphill was tough though. Happy with new pb by 45sec from three years ago!

'Night'-O. Started when it was still a bit light, but finished in the proper dark. Took it very easy - i Was lazy and hesitant. Anyway was nice to do something different. Motivation hitting ground

Horribly struggling with motivation. Went to S-sport, they bailed, but in the end managed to get out from home. It was ok when got going as always

10x200m with 1'- 1.20 rec. HR was annoyed for the first 5, but then got used and it was ok. Really hard to force myself running fast...

Did 2laps of RB classic with the gang. Uzgaveniu panckaces after! Got dizzy hear after 1.20 of total running, but then got better.
