Pavasario taure, WRE middle. Hoped t will be better after yesterday physically, but it felt more less the same - I was a bit careful to push so HR wouldnt go high, so at least it kept nicely down. Orienteering wise it was hard to get into the map - a bit messy on the first, took the wrong route to long (way too long to the left) and some direction mistake after butterfly. Got pretty tired after the long leg and that looong path running, so slowed down significantly in the forest after. On the butterfly met Sandra, but left the butterfly a bit earlier , but after mistake on the next control got nearly cought up. Still managed to keep infront/equal till 14, from which it was just running left - didnt feel too motivated for that.. 4min after Nyberg - kind of ok, considering that did several stupid things. Also it was fun to have some company - extra motivation to push a bit.
In general happy with the weekend - that body coped well and didnt do too much stupid things.

PAvasario taure, WRE middle. Goal was not to make mistakes and survive till the end. Kind of reached it. Started pretty well, but after HR went up twice, concentration was lost and speed went down a bit - maybe was getting tired already anyway. avg HR still high too. Right foot felt good. Kind of happy even though lost 4.5min to Gabija, but considering my last several weeks fitness and drowning in the march several times - I feel positive.

Test run - body needs rhe run and neel felt slightly better. Also taped achilles/calf with physio tape. It seems running to be totally fine. On the softer ground -even better. A good sauna and self-masaging after.

With RB Emilija. Super easy. Legs feel right -achilles and sides. After the run right inner heel felt pretty sensitive. Later in the evening felt worse and worse - really uncomfortable to walk. Tried to massage and discovered super tight and sore sports in the achilles -calf.
