1600 + 2x400 + 5x200. Plan was 5x400, but still didnt feel well, so took easier and jumped into Vida's session. On the 1.6 went ok- it felt maybe a bit faster than supposed tempo, but didnt want to go much slower than 4min/km. The first 400 felt ok, but already on the 2nd slowed down a lot and lactate didnt feel so comfortable. So got permission to take easier - continued with Vida's 200's. It felt really nice and comfortable - pushed a bit harder on the last.
At least HR is getting back to normal little by little.
Physio check after - seems right leg problems I had last week is foot-achilles-sides related. At least got a bit loosen up and know how to tape it
