Sofi's course from Sunday.
Cheated slightly as I started my watch from the start flag, not from handover, but there was a football session on that I wasn't about to run through the middle of.
Pretty sure I went to each control site - some had training banners at them, other were clearly scuffed with elephant tracks out!
Pushed it harder than I did in the race and much happy with my mins/km (though I don't know if I could have kept them up for a 5+ km course).
Significantly slowing as soon as I come off paths into the slightest bit of anything but clear floor.
