Could feel my right hip flexor in the last 10 minutes on Tuesdays run. Apparently it was my piriformis's fault, was making my rec fem act as a flexor. Who knew?!
Anyway, wrists slapped for not doing enough (any?) stretching...
Really, really wanted to run tonight (September is going to be the lowest volume month of the last 12 now), but WMPSAS SARC lifts on Saturday and just didn't have time - chained to the laptop all evening after a busy day :(

Glad Iain could just keep talking - a conversation was out of the question! Was disappointed that he had carried on for a bit of a speedy session after - turns out he just forgot to stop his watch when he went for chips and it uploaded to Strava :D
