A national event with a better than expected result and we're suddenly motivated. I got home to find there had already been a turbo-trainer session, but we were up for a run, too.
Lovely evening, decided to try somewhere different so headed towards Chase Road Corner.
5 short walks, usually at the top of hills when the calves were tightening.
On the plus side, I didn't feel too bad. She did run away from me up the hills, though.

Midland Champs on Bentley Wood. 40S.
Beautiful day.
Clean run, but DSQ - Emit Air didn't record on the 2nd road crossing. I know I was there and I know I touched the unit as I was watching the seconds tick down before I punched. Ho hum.
Hard work, but as good as it gets when I've not done any proper exercise for months.
