Relay mass start training on Gentleshaw. Lasted about 60 metres before my brain, eyes and feet stopped communicating.
2 sore hands, 2 sore knees.
Left side has come off worse than right with no skin and a fair bit of swelling for the left knee and little complete skin in the webbing between 4th & 5th fingers.
Ouch.
I'm not even running the relay at the weekend, anyway!

Up to the bacon buttie shop for lunch. Uphill all the way, calves really not happy, I feel some spikey ball pain coming!
