Sunday May 26 #

Orienteering 1:09:53 [3] 6.24 km (11:12 / km) +50m 10:46 / km

Roseisle Scottish Relays in a team with Stodge and Sofi.
Happy to be off before any mini mass start (well done Sofi!).
As ever, an amazeballs area.
Mostly clean nav, one little hiccup towards the end when I got dragged off line.
Whizzy in the white, struggled in the light green - there has been thinning with brashings on the floor which I struggled to move through.

Saturday May 25 #

Run 50:37 [3] 5.1 km (9:55 / km) +30m 9:38 / km

Loop from home for the week along the beach in Findhorn. Barely any on tarmac, the vast majority on sand with some gravel, too.

Thursday May 23 #

Run 1:19:21 [3] 7.4 km (10:43 / km) +50m 10:22 / km

Home from White House via Aspen - the flattest long run I could think of on the Chase!
Really struggling to keep the HR down for the first 1/2.

Wednesday May 22 #

Run 39:22 [3] 4.25 km (9:16 / km) +55m 8:42 / km

Around the block recovery run in the rain - biggest spike in HR was going through a muddy puddle on the cut through on Lazar Lane behind the houses.
Had to walk briefly up the hill out of Brocton to keep the HR <133, that'll be a good barometer for progress.

Tuesday May 21 #

Walking 35:00 [3] 2.6 km (13:28 / km) +50m 12:17 / km

Tour of Broc Hill after work.
Knackered!

Monday May 20 #

Orienteering 35:00 [3] 4.2 km (8:20 / km) +75m 7:39 / km

ASOM 2*2 relay with H, Leg 2.
Legs had nothing and I never felt like I was racing.
I got around and did t mispunch.
Nothing more to say, really!

Orienteering 22:42 [3] 2.3 km (9:52 / km) +45m 8:59 / km

15 minutes sitting down and we go again.
Really struggling to move beyond a jog and walked up any incline (unless I was in view of assembly!).
Team Old & Broken finished, not last and within double the time of the winning elite men's pair. Success!!
