this was supposedly our warm up and cool down but it still sucked hxc cuz it was like all up and down hills at afton. ugh it sucked

one of the only times i would ever consider a workout as hard as a race. it was super super intense. we ran 8x200m hills and they were STEEP! my legs were burning but i did them all. then we had to run up a downhill run and we were lost and ended up navigating up and down black diamonds to get back to the bus. totally not cool. but the donuts and juice were good afterwards lol

went to watch adam run at the elite meet. he did really good and set a pr. then we watched the two mile. and i won 5 dollars on finnerty cuz he rocks everyone's shit. then we went to a ghetto applebees and i got scared becuz there was a cop. fun night

another day at sunshine. worked hard but my hamstring was bugging me. went in the ice bath for the first time ever. super fun time lol. lots of new stories.

just dicked around the whole practice. easiest one yet. threw tennis balls and frisbees. found out how gay the hurdlers are. adam hit his head on a rock and got a huge bump. overall a super fun practice

eh it was a pr. i find myself saying this too often and not enough of i had a good race. i need to stay smooth and run faster. errrrg. once again i didnt get to run the mile. hopefully soon tho. i need to prove myself still. i keep telling myself it will come

nice easy day before tri meet tmrw. went out for about 35 minutes and then did some accelerations on the soccer fields at sunshine. i run the mile tmrw for the first time of the season. im hoping to get sub 4:50 so i can prove myself before the duluth meet in two weekends. im feeling good about tmrw and everything is loose.
