OTH lunchtime, the girls loop, but going hard and feeling pretty good.

At OTH 'gym', short and sharp. Got through everything a little easier than before. Nice to feel some progress.

With James and German Alex. Lost James in the maze in Unitec so I got a bit of an interval running around looking for him. Feeling quite fast and comfortable actually, so it was enjoyable. Now if only I could maintain that for an hour or two!

Gym (Bodyweight) 40:00 [4]

Higher intensity tonight which was good fun and hopefully a sign we're getting stronger/fitter. Or might have just been that Alex was there and we needed to fly the flag.
