Riverhead - basic training mish just to get in the terrain. Wasn't pushing hard and felt fine physically. Nav was fine in places, ropey in others, but no flow at all. Really need to brush this up!
The aim for Feb & Mar is terrain+hills and speedwork with max time on the map.
