Note

DOMS receding, but broken night w Sher taking Lauren to hospital... turns out it was croup and a bit of medicine sorted her out, but doesn't get our sleep back.
So... an important weekend of training missed. On the one hand, thats life, and anyway a recovery from the TT session won't be all bad. OTOH, I've only got a few weekends left, so need to use them effectively. Timetable?

At Douglas Track & Field, Henderson. Hoping to go better than October's 12.06, turns out I did that. Intensity faded a couple of times - was trying to think of anything other than the hurt, distracted myself too well I think!
Stoked with 10.40 - significant progress since Oct. Great pay off for the training that I've done. Need to take this fitness into terrain and technique before WMG.
