AOS / WOW - Waikoha.
Red 4 easy pace but couldn't have pushed much harder anyway too gnarly. Need to be well fit to attack this terrain. Calf was ok. Nav was patchy. Loved experiencing new terrain.

Orienteering 51:00 [2] 3.0 km (17:00 / km) +100m 14:34 / km

2nd run at Waikoha - yellow course with Tahi. Walk/run. He started seeing it once he switched on.
