Bivouac Rogaine @ Riverhead - with Andreas tagging along. He had no trouble keeping up :) Ran pretty hard and navigated pretty clean. Good fun.

Orienteering race (NZOC2020 Sprint) 15:06 [5] 3.0 km (5:02 / km)

Hopeful of a clean sweep, I kept the pedal down and managed to hold the nav together on a fairly easy course. A couple of hesitations and a minor route choice errors (fine tuning that is hard to do at top speed) nearly skipped 17 but caught myself... and just as well because turns out I was struggling to hold off Kevin Harvey (HBOC) - dunno this guy but he was putting a couple seconds on me each leg. But for a couple of larger errors he woulda had me. I got him by 8secs.
