the warm up felt like the workout. it was really nice at afton though. too bad its so far away.

woke up at 8:15 to get on a 1 hour bus ride to afton alps. it was really nice up there. great day to run. the hills were roughly 250m. i didnt have a watch but i think they were taking us about 50ish seconds to get up. my knee was hurting after 5 so i took the 6th off and ran the 7th easy. then i ran the 8th hard. i was so spent. my knee was really weak, i felt like it was gonna give out on me. then we ran up one of the ski hills and when we got to the top we found out it was the wrong way so we had to run down a black diamond and back up another huge fricken hill. but the donuts and juice after really hit the spot. and adam jeff and i went to the top of the roof of the big activity center there. it was sweet. even though the hills sucked it was still a really fun day on the alps of afton.
