finally got to race again. and it sucked. i only ran 4 seconds faster than at ponies. my knee hurt a little on the warm up but not during the race which was nice. then it really started giving me problems on the 25 minute cool down! but i dont think that i was 100% there mentally during the race. i think my 5:06 first mile was mybe a little fast but i should have told myself to keep that same pace. but im really pumped for true teams. gonna kill it there.
