Awesome day of orienteering setting out Cp's for this year's Raid the Hammer. It will be hilly. NO trouble with knee or ankle. Likely over did it for my first >20min run since injuring myself in the WOC relay but it was too much fun to limit it to 1 hour. 4 runs today (60, 15, 15, and 45 minutes).

Super 17. No major knee troubles. It still isn't 100% but it didn't hurt running.

Dundas Valley MTB with Sudden. Felt great. Longest training session since July. Gotta try running now. Lots of fun.

First running since WOC relay. Knee started to hurt at 15 minutes so I stopped. DIdn't do any woods running.

Westdale Adventure Nite. Hot tub with the Hustler afterwards then over to Sudden's for ice cream.

Long easy MTB with Sudden on rail trail, through valley to Chedoke. Very windy but lots of fun. Knee was no trouble but will wait and assess this a few hours afterwards. Great to be training again.
