| Awesome day of orienteering setting out Cp's for this year's Raid the Hammer. It will be hilly. NO trouble with knee or ankle. Likely over did it for my first >20min run since injuring myself in the WOC relay but it was too much fun to limit it to 1 hour. 4 runs today (60, 15, 15, and 45 minutes). |

| Long easy MTB with Sudden on rail trail, through valley to Chedoke. Very windy but lots of fun. Knee was no trouble but will wait and assess this a few hours afterwards. Great to be training again. |
