AM: With theGriz at Rocky Ridge West. Popped lots of Advil and wore a knee brace. Lots of icing afterwards.

PM: While watching a boring hockey game - the trap sucks (but Canada sucked too). Hmmm, they should have had the Crosby, Stall, and Nash line instead of the Tampa Bay guys.

AM: Dundas Valley with TVP, SuperWes1000 and Travellinga. Cold with some snow. Twisted knee late in run during a fall. Swollen now - so lots of ice while watching Olympics with Adventure Girl!

PM: Hill training with MrPither, TVP and FrankenJack.. The coach was inspired by Sweden's 5-0 loss to Russia today so the theme was five as he had us run:

5 x long hill
5 x middle hill
5 x short hill
5 x frankensteps

Lucky for us the Swedes played well today and didn't lose 9-0 or 10-0

Clubhouse intervals with MrPither, Sudden, TVP and Superwes1000. Followed by 10 sets of Frankensteps. Didn't eat well today and I paid for it.

While watching the team sprint races again - cross country skiing becomes a spectator sport.
