Annual May two four weekend swim in GBay. Four years in a row now. This year was mighty chilly but 24C weather made it refreshingly rewarding. Time was more like 5s and not 5 minutes though.

Sore and tired legs = rest day. Easy 'championHIPS' yoga followed by 5 minutes easy on bike. Fun weekend of O has me super excited about racing in Scotland this summer! Then some fun at WT in August (Unconquerable Badness is now officially signed up) and then I need to pick an autumn O race after Nationals to do. Suggestions?
