Strength 20:00 [3]

Core while watching grey cup. Apparently Tom Hanks is a Ti-Cat fan. Not sure who I want to win the game but after the ticats took away Hamilton's west harbour panam stadium and track and field events while sticking tax payers with the tab I won't be upset with the riders rout that it has become.

Running 20:00 [3]

Warm-up with AG! Cool down with 'Bent.

Orienteering 40:00 [3] 5.32 km (7:32 / km) +29m 7:20 / km
spiked:22/24c

O-Cup Kickoff in the SNOW!!! About 15cm of fluffy snow. Running felt good but didn't have the fight to keep up with the Duke at the end. Fun to be racing in snow but wish I had brought the XC ski stuff and got some skiing in. The new O-Cup team competition is going to be fun. Looks like the ARX team of Christian, Emma and Noah have got off to a strong start.

Note

Thinking about what US spring races to attend. Flying Pig is always fun but US relay champs might be good despite the long drive. What is the best DontGetLost 3 point team using the new US Relay Champs rules?

If two elite men were allowed to race together it would probably be two of Serghei Logvin, Adventure Girl! and one of the following: Gustaf Granath, Bob Miller, or Patrick Saile. But since there is the strange rule of limiting one elite man per team it means the top team might be the old farts of theGriz, Sudden and Hammer. :/
