Running 25:00 [3]

Bruce trail near Highlands. Got a tour of Casa Tarno. Amazing house.

Knee locked today and fell flat on my face. Knee sore afterwards. Funny this happened because two days ago I told my surgeon that my knee wasn't locking anymore. Luckily MRI in next few weeks to clarify things.

Orienteering 20:00 [3]

RTH stuff! Good luck to all racers. I won't be at the race on race day as I need to meet my builder in Nobel.

Woods are stunningly open. Course is fast! You WILL get wet.

Running 45:00 [3]

Nice single track run in the Grindstone with AG! while Etoile was hiking. RIght calf was tight but not all that bad despite long run yesterday. Beautiful colour in there and need to make an effort to train there more often. Haven't been there in quite some time. Route: http://www.attackpoint.org
