Well today was supposed to be a day of Wilderness Traverse training but Cogeco incompetence (I first requested cable hookup in late April and still not done) I had to do some rock fit instead. Grrrr. SUcks too because (one of?) the WT trek(s?) looks awesome as always

rail trail. Strange ride. I started out and got trash talked by some road cyclists. Who trash talks strangers at 5:55 AM? Idiots. Then did a bunch of back and forth extra cycling waiting for Almageddon (he slept in). Then Al falls when he couldn't clip out and then Tarno got stung several times when a bee got inside his shirt. Now I know why Baloney calls it the frail trail. ;-)
