AM: Gula Stigen

PM: 2.5 hour hike with Etoile. From Nine Mile Lake to Beaver Trail waterfall with about one-third cross country through the forest and open rock barrens. The area is even better for orienteering than I thought before.

Exploring some of the trails used in the Wilderness Traverse. Muddy! First time on this trail since the epic FDF attack with Anvil and Johnny. Autumn is better than summer.

Full day of NOBEL fieldwork and didn't get back until 6:47PM just before dark. Chilly but beautiful day. Best time of the year to run in this terrain.

C • Mac versus Waterloo 9

CIL trails. Had plans for 90 minutes but after several hours of field work and no recent rest day the legs had enough just shy of an hour.

This is a good article. It discusses how Canadian $$ is lining the pockets of primarily American owners while the NHL continues to avoid expansion into Canada. Its sounds like something Trump would do/say. "We're gonna add hockey franchises in the US and make Canada pay for it"

more rockFIT. Almost done the landscaping and sore knees and back are proof of that.

Nine Mile Lake - G Nordic area for a family hike then ran back to Avro Arrow Road with AG! She continued on to Waddtage while I called Etoile to pick me up.

I started orienteering 40 years ago this week.
