Strength 25:00 [3]

HammerFIT plus stretch and roll afterwards. Pretty sure the neovisc has run its time. Need new injections as training is hurting too much again and that ain't fun.

After 25 consecutive years on OOA, HKF, Gators, COF, GHO or DGL boards I'm taking a break from the admin part of the sport I love. DGL has record membership and record revenues and is in great hands with three awesome employees and a great board of directors and numerous other fantastic and dedicated volunteers. Maybe I'll even run a full RTH for the first time ever.

Orienteering 1:10:00 [3]

Eliminator at Rocky Ridge. Awesome and challenging course and woods were snow free and dry. Placed 4th and 3rd in knockout rounds 1 and 2, respectively and then 4th overall in the final round. Nav went well with only one 10-15s bobble on the first 25 checkpoints and then lost 60-90s on the very last control. Trail junction in the RR maze of trails. Turned off the brain and paid for it. Thanks for a great course Patrick. RR is tougher to run in now post ice storm but it is still grest to run in.
