Why Just Run race in Vancouver. Knees never felt comfortable on this run and perhaps didn't do enough stretching and warm-up. Hills at the end of the course killed me. I lost a few minutes on #6. Good use of a small area and the best way to kick off a conference.

easy jog with O map at UBC after a long day of travel (via YEG and a 4.5 hour layover and meetings with students). If Canada ever hosts the World sprint orienteering champs it really should be at UBC.
