So awesome to see Thierry win the WOC middle again and for the Kempster to post another top 5 WOC result!!

I'm still recovering from heat exhaustion. this hit me really hard. So bad that I'm calling it a hybrid with the manflu. Etoile isn't buying it.

had planned on a 5K gula stigen warmup and then 2017 record attempt being all inspired by watching AG! lead off WOC relay. Unfortunately wiped out on third loop at the ruin banging and scrapping up my good knee. Bummer.

AM: Gula Stigen 2K. So wet. So lush. Walked the route afterward clipping out the ferns. Will try a 2017 record attempt on Canada Day.

Cycling 2:30:00 [3]

PM: Super duper wet ride (and lots of hike a bike sections) from Waddtage to Georgian Nordic (and back) on snowmobile trails. plus lynx, eagle, weasel and rattlesnake. FDFs were nasty. 150 minutes the day before Canada 150!!!
