Running 1:05:00 [3]

snowy/slushy terrain run at Dinner Lake rock barrens. Cold feet. Lots of open water sections and also areas with over 20cm of snow. Really enjoyed this. Great training.

GN before the rain. A few loops of the new sprint loop. A nice loop to get some good climb and technical'ish downhills. Still needs a bit more snow.

Knees have been very sore immediately after skiing. Hopefully the sauna is up and running by Xmas and that can help reduce post ski pain.
