Snowshoeing at Nottawasaga Lookout and Singhampton Caves. Breaking trail for 80% of the workout. Pretty area. So much snow.

Orienteering 3:00:00 [3]

Snowshoe Raid on Team WaddSquad with AG! That was epic and the toughest SSR I’ve done. Lots of snow EVERYWHERE. Running was slow and so we went with our back up plan and squeaked in with 40s to spare. The ice damage from last week ( and generally thick woods) made running and nav tough with bent trees and saplings but I really enjoyed the challenge and the nav seemed to be clicking.

WaddSquad takes the win overall and AG! only towed me for about 5 minutes though she pushed me hard late in the race to finish in time.

A ‘Bent style training day! Running into and home from work through muddy trails. Joined AG! on the way in for some SSR prep. 4x 3 ~30s hills + 1/2 extra for good measure. 90s rest.
Ran home in the dark.

Knee quite sore. Need to practice having AG! tow me
