The opportunity to orienteer at the awesome Foley Mtn aligned perfectly with my conference this week in Ottawa. I had an epic fall before it started. Shoulder is still sore. The Long advanced course was nice but a little too long for my left knee. Nice course by Eric Kemp.

My pace really fell off when I got into the chunky rock section of the map.
