More Gula Stigen rock lifting.

Then some work on the CTS AR maps for September and added the new stone walls to the Waddtage map (gotta keep it up to date).

Then back out to put the final touches on the narrow section between two rocks. In caving this would be called fat man’s misery but I’m gonna call it GS’ misery (and that isn’t short for gula stigen).

Forest fit. Nice cool breezy day. So a good time to move some logs .

Then a few hours removing rocks on the Gula Stigen at Fransson corner and stacking them up to make “stenmuren”. My back will be sore tmrw

Testing the new waddtage loft spin bike set-up. It gets an A. It will get an A+ once I can find the remote controls to actually turn on the TV and apple TV.

First Parry Sound Bikes MTB Thursday evening ride of the summer.

I skipped the more technical sections and opted for getting a little more distance in. More training. Less chance of injury.

Trails were surprisingly dry despite last night's rain.

First real swim of the year on a stupid humid day. Too much pollen to keep our windows open so a little toasty indoors today.

count 25%. research sites along the GBay coast north of sand bay road. Same location of the trek in 2022 WT (which was the same WT trek a few years earlier but in reverse direction).

such a pretty spot. First time doing research there in about 7-8 years.

Next year's CTS-RUN will have a 6h and 3h course (2h switched to 3h).

I've been thinking of also adding a half marathon'ish distance point-to-point race that would have some shorter and tougher legs with a few smaller feature controls. Mass start race with some loops to break people up but possibly run as a team of two (they can run together or separately), total time for the team wins. Maybe even some cash for winning team to be a true long distance O race. Thoughts?
