Kendo (Keiko) 1:30:00 [4]

Practice at Shido. Main problems: center, right arm, footwork. Really it all stems from footwork and weight distribution I think. And part of that is that I don't entirely trust me left leg, which makes me right-biased in every way. Bad. Must do physical therapy exercises...
Good thing: I got like, three or four clear suriage-men hits in jigeiko. I couldn't do it quick enough against the stronger players but the thing that someone (forget who!) said this weekend about tracing the outline of the men worked really nicely.
Ouch: hamstrings, legs in general, elbow, arch of left foot.
Dude whose license plate says "shinai"? Still lame.

Running (Outside) 35:00 [3] 2.8 mi (12:30 / mi)

Ran to the National Cathedral and back. Wish there were fewer hills in DC. Knee a little twitchy, esp going downhill, but I think it's mostly fine.

Kendo (Suburi) 15:00 [3]

60 shomen suburi, 50 katate men suburi. Owwww. Everything hurts, and the katate men is a bitch, but I really really need to make my left arm work properly. All suburi done in seiza because my ceilings are too low. Sucks.
