Training Log Archive: mdeweydavis

Run from home through the Tuarts, to Maidens Reserve, through some trails behind the beach there (including up the lookout, ooff thats hard in the soft sand) and back the way I came. Got battered by numerous squalls and showers but it felt wonderful! So nice to be outside again and feeling healthy. Man, what a difference from the week before - and what a difference not having a viral illness makes (at least that is what I presume I had)
