Got passed by a peleton of 12 riders this morning along the lake. Think they were Lakemont riders club. Hitched a lift at the back of the pack cruising at 25mph - yay, will have to check out there route schedule for future commutes.

Fast paced most of the way. Stopped at the velodrome for 2 full speed laps, that shot my legs in no time.

Took the MTB along the East Lake Sammamish trail. Nice change from the road and good to look at the house which I'll never be able to buy! Pushed quite hard on the trail to keep up with roadies.
