| Rested today after the MAR. Ass hurts like crazy and feet are tingling. Big tonail is black and oozing pus, yuk! Slept like a log last night and doing jack today. Tanya is feeding me some great food again after the bars and junk I ate throughout the race. (Not included in this statement is the food from the support crew which was great and tasted super!)
Not doing another race like this for a while but I was determined to finish this one at any cost to the body.
PQ may be at this location next year - you have been warned, it is hard...
Weight is low and my body fat reading nearly 20% so the machine must be confused since I am damn skinny and marginally ripped right now after the last few days. |
