Saturday Dec 29

Swim 25:00 [3]
Swim at Iss pool. No idea of the distance as I lose count after about 5 laps...

Friday Dec 28

Snowboarding 3:15:00 [1]
Ride at Alpy with Jeff and CJ. Some fun runs down Elevator, snow was super deep and great fun. Really steeps lines there. Got stuck a couple of times and had to dig myself out, not ideal to sqimming around with the ski patrol around when we ducked the ropes. I only do it occasionally and usually if they are going to open soon.
Note
(injured)
Hyper extended my left elbow on upper international today. Hurty, hurty right now...

Thursday Dec 27

Swim 40:00 [3]
Swim at the Iss pool.

Wednesday Dec 26

Trail Run 45:00 [2]5.0 mi (9:00 / mi) +180m 5:02 / km
shoes: Montrail Continental Divide#1
Run from the garage to Tiger HS trail and back up Squak to the house. Very slow and felt quite tired.
Swim 15:00 [1]
Quick swim in at Iss pool before throwing Lewis around the toddler pool.

Monday Dec 24

Trail Run 45:00 [3]5.0 mi (9:00 / mi) +300m 4:43 / km
shoes: Montrail Continental Divide#1
Issaquah HS to High point and up the Tiger 3 trail.

Sunday Dec 23

Snowboarding 3:00:00 [1]
A few runs at West then over to Alpy. Up top and down bowl to base - super bumpy but soft. Quick lap of Armstrong then 3 laps down International when they opened. Nice snow but vis was awful. Hit a snowbank at 20mph (ish) and just stopped dead. Didn't see it until I was buried.

Started bad ended up pretty fun. Freezing rain up there coating everything in a layer of ice.

The car handled the snow beautifully though!
