Friday Jan 18

Gym 40:00 [4]
max:160 rhr:42 slept:6.5 weight:171lbs
1st session in a while where I actually worked. Knee felt OK except rowing when couldn't get a full lock or knee bend.

20 mins bike
10 mins stepper
5 mins row
5 mins eliptical

Thursday Jan 17

Gym 10:00 [1]
PT spin on the bike, hardly worth recording

Wednesday Jan 16

Gym 20:00 [3]
10 on bike, 10 eliptical. Knee felt ok except if I twisted.

Doc today said I have Grade 1 MCL which is good, recovery should be quickish...

Tuesday Jan 15

Note
(injured) (sick)
Got a head cold for good measure.

Went to PT today, knee a bit tender in afternoon. Tomorrow is MRI day.

This lack of exercise or activity is killing me - I hate it...

Monday Jan 14

Gym 35:00 [1]
15 mins bike, very gentle on the knee but still tight.
10 mins epiptical - got a bit tender so stopped.
10 mins kayak trainer

Sunday Jan 13

Gym 30:00 [2]
Eliptical, really only to get range of motion back but it didn't hurt so went fairly quickly. Knee is healing quickly and I've got much more motion but there is still no lateral strength and any sideways movement hurts like crazy.
