Friday Feb 8

10 mins running, even got it to 10mph with no hassle. Did some drills movement wise and then some racquetball drills with no hassle. Its def getting better this week.

Still feel drained from the bout of bad health though.

Thursday Feb 7

slept:10.5 (sick)
10 mins on the running machine - max 8.5 mph with only a twinge. Stuck to 8.0 to avoid any pain.

15 mins b-ball doing s's and crossovers for the knee.

Feel much better today but still not right. (note 10.5 hrs sleep!!)

Wednesday Feb 6

Temperature back to 102.5 F again. Off work.

Turns out it wasn't bronchitis, it was a sinus infection instead. Original antib's won't work so I got another course of drugs to take. F'in great...

Note high resting HR.

Tuesday Feb 5

Managed 10 mins running on the treadmill today, thats a first. No knee pain at 7mph but didn't try any faster. She also stretched my hammys to the point just past excruciating and passing out..yowser.

Finally went to the doc's and I've got bronchitis. Usual male story, I should have gone in about a week ago. Needless to say I feel like shit. Got the pills etc to make me better soon.
