West Lake to work, stayed dry. Temps were warmer than yesterday.
Racquetball 1:00:00 [3]
Against Mike V. Good games, nice rallys, lots of stupid shots. 1-1 and I was 13-9 up in last.
Note
(injured)
Got a couple tweaks from the R-ball game. Fell on my ass and that hurts and my right calf hurts too, I felt that tweak during a rally. They are getting stiff and I've got to bike home.
Mountain Bike (Commute) 1:15:00 [3]18.1 mi (4:07 / mi) +50m 2:33 / km

West lake home. Got wet but stayed warm. No pains when biking.

Ate a pile of Thai food at the restaurant afterwards, VERY HUNGRY!

West Lake to work. Lovely out but f'in cold. Only feet got cold even with booties.

Just checked the temp and 29F will make it cold I suppose
Racquetball 45:00 [3]
Against Shawn S. I won 2-1. Felt a bit wierd during 1st game, cold sweat. Think I was just hungry.
Mountain Bike (Commute) 1:08:00 [3]18.1 mi (3:45 / mi) +50m 2:19 / km

Against the wind on West lake. Got my 1st ever tow from a GIRL but I'm not proud, she had a carbon bike, I have the chunk MTB monster.

AND SHE HAD A NICE ASS!!

Wednesday Apr 2

Road run 38:30 [3]5.3 mi (7:16 / mi) +20m 4:28 / km
shoes: Brooks Glycerin #1
Run was measured and timed and approx the same pace as yesterday. Different route towards Red Hook.
Hike hills 42:00 [3]1.5 mi (28:00 / mi) +520m 8:23 / km
Easy pace up to Poo-Poo Pt with the paraglider pack.
Paragliding (Flight #26) 20:00 [0]
Gusty flight and could have stayed up much longer but it was a bit bumpy so came away from ridge, sank out in the valley and landed. Another great evening for a flight.

Tuesday Apr 1

Road run 35:50 [2]4.8 mi (7:27 / mi) +20m 4:35 / km
shoes: Brooks Glycerin #1
Very slow paced jog at lunch. Legs quite tired and I'm going hike-a-fly later on.
C • 7:27/min miles = "very slow... 3
Hike hills 36:00 [5]1.5 mi (24:00 / mi) +520m 7:11 / km
Hike up Poo-Poo with the paraglider. Still a fair bit of snow on the ground. Pegged it up to catch Rich.
Paragliding (Flight #25, Solo #22) 55:00 [0]
WOW-O-FRICKIN-WOW!!

Snowy launch with 10mph NW. Got way above launch immediately and soared around 500ft above launch. Buzzed back and forth and found lift everywhere. Couldn't sink out at all. Fingers got pretty cold up there and got sunset while still above launch - amazing! No idea how long but it was at least 55 mins.

Landing a bit low bit pulled it out of the bag well.

Guinness was well worth the price of admission - ie: nothing.
Kiting 35:00 [0]
Kited wing at Lake Sammamish before going flying to get back in the groove. Great smooth wind for practice

Monday Mar 31

Snowboarding - skinning 2:15:00 [4]5.5 mi (24:32 / mi) +890m 10:09 / km
2 laps up the Kendall Stump from Central exit. Still great snow up there and really deep. Bow wave deep in places. Pit showed moderate stability but it was considerable in places.

Ace morning dawn patrol and back for 9:45.
