| East Lake to work from Exit 13 and round with Lakemont CC. Nice to be in a paceline again although they are taking it handy right now. Had to put the reigns on to stop myself leading off at more than 25mph. There's something about being at the front of the pack leading that causes me to go bizerk on the speed front, like a pack of huskies - fun though. Nice morning too. |

| Weat Lake. Flatted again then my spare didn't work either. Good job I put a patch kit last night as that saved my ass.
NOTE: Ritchey WCS race slicks are off my recommended list - they are too wimpy for normal roads. Only done about 1500 miles on them and I've flatted a gazilion times. |

| West Lake to work. Its amazing how easily your mind can play tricks and try to convince you to take the easy route and drive half way then ride or drive all the way, especially if it looks like its going to rain and I'm on the good bike. I overcame my mind and it stayed dry! |
