East lake to work with Lakemont crew. Pulled up the hill too fast and was tired for remainder of ride. Going climbing today and my legs feel a bit shot right now.

1st time ever climbing!!

Cleared four 5.9's before becoming unstuck on a 5.10a. Finger strength was really tricky on the 5.10 and some of the 5.9's were tough too. Had great time though at exit 38 - "We did rock".

East Lake to work with Lakemont crew. Did 1/2 Lakemont hill beforehand.

Against Shawn for 2 which I won and then cutthroat with Pat Sweeny. He's pretty good but a frickin liability as I nearly got zapped multiple times. Took a racquet to the face early on too so I'm not playing with him again. I won after a magnificent comeback from the dead.

Willows Run early 9 course with shawn and Bill$. Teed off at 6am on a cracking morning. Scores were not good although I salvaged credit and won the bacon with 2 birdies and a par on the last 3.

Had a breakfast bun there which is the most calories I've had for breakie in years - could hardly run later.

Really bad stitch for the 1st 30 mins until my breakfast bun dropped down a bit - that thing was enormous and sitting in my stomach all the run.
