Road Bike (Commute) 1:15:00 [3] 25.0 mi (3:00 / mi) +50m 2:59 / mi
shoes: Pearl Izumi Vagabond

East lake to work with Lakemont crew. Easy pace today. Stopped at Marymoor velodrome for a couple of laps.

Climbing 1:30:00 [1]

At exit 38. 1st place was naff so we bailed and went to another with some 10a / 10c and a few 9's. I think the ratings were a bit soft as I cleaned the 10a but the 10c had me with a bunch of takes. James got a 11a for good measure.

Wednesday Jun 24

Road Bike (Commute) 1:18:00 [3] 26.0 mi (3:00 / mi) +70m 2:59 / mi
shoes: Pearl Izumi Vagabond

East lake to work with Lakemont + a bit extra.

Racquetball 1:00:00 [3]

Against Shawn. I was tired and lethargic. Won 3-0.

Road Bike 1:07:00 [3] 21.0 mi (3:11 / mi) +70m 3:09 / mi
shoes: Pearl Izumi Vagabond

West lake home + a bit. Nasty headwind most of the way back.

Tuesday Jun 23

Golf 2:00:00 [1] 4.5 mi (26:40 / mi)

Quick 18 holes with Shawn at 6am at Willows. Beautiful morning but bad play had me at 88. Took us 3 hrs to play 18.

Monday Jun 22

Road Bike (Commute) 1:10:00 [3] 23.0 mi (3:03 / mi) +50m 3:01 / mi
shoes: Pearl Izumi Vagabond

East lake to work with Lakemont Crew. No fender folk were not fun to be behind! Nice tailwond but legs were a bit jaded from yesterday.

Road Bike (Commute) 1:12:00 [3] 23.0 mi (3:08 / mi) +50m 3:07 / mi
shoes: Pearl Izumi Vagabond

East lake home.

Sunday Jun 21

Trail Run hills 1:30:00 [3] 9.0 mi (10:00 / mi) +725m 8:00 / mi
shoes: Montrail Conti Divide Red

Ran from High School TH in Issaquah up to Tiger 3 via cable line trail. Ran the whole way up even though that cable line is really steep. Speed wasn't anything special but good to be running. Great views and thunder around too. Up 52 down 38 which is slow both ways.
