| 600 Calories. 40 minutes at pace 4 incline 5. Then hit my limit and lowered to incline 0. Tiried running a bit, but my knees hurt, and I don't want to injure them and push speed until I get down to about 185 or below. Oddly, my left knee has been historically bad, but my right knee is a little shaky now. Took 4 Ibuproren when got home to help joints and lower inflamation. |
