| Once again foiled by exercise induced urticaria aka HIVES. The attack of the frickin' killer hives no less. Talk about annoying. Ugh. Only got 50 minutes in before I had to quit and chew up a bunch of Benadryl.
I'm starting to think I should pre-emptivley epi-pen myself before I work out. Two sessions & 500 calories. 322 calories / 2.19 miles / 30 minutes = 27 minutes at incline 5.0 and speed 4.0; 2 minutes at incline 0.0 and speed 10.0 (new high running 6 minute mile pace for 2 minutes...will try for a full 6 minute mile by year end); 1 minute warmdown at 0.0 incline and speed 4.0. 268 calories / 1.62 miles / 23 minutes = 20 minutes at incline 6.5 and speed 4.0; 1 minute at incline 0.0 and speed 4.0; 2 minutes at 0.0 incline and speed 12.0 (machine actually only gets to about speed 11.2 and then fcomplains that it can't get to the desired speed....also new high for running 5 minute mile pace for 2 minutes). Then quit early b/c the hives began attacking in their flying saucers... | ||

Managed to generate exercise induced urticaria within 40 minutes. Did whole session at low intensity to complete a 2.5 hour session. Had to stop after 1st hour and take 3 Benadryl. Lame. 578 calories. | ||
