Decent workout at speed = 4.0 and incline = 7.5.

Not looking at running, given left knee issue from running hills earlier in week.

Little run up the hills. Rough on the knees. Probably should stick to the treadmill.

Running on treadmill. Attack of chronic idiopathic urticaria led to immediate cessation of exercise, a cold bath, and consumption of 2 Benadryl.
