Covered 3.99 miles without breaking and burned 759 calories. Not too shabby, but the last 10 minutes were a little tough. Will have to keep it at this level for a while before attempting incline 9.0
Weighed in at 179.5 post workout :-) Doesn't count, since it is all water weight, but it's good to see a sub 180 weigh in. Will be seeing a lot more of those this year. |

| CLaM closed for Memorial Day. Walked on Radnor Trail with Emily for about 75 minutes and 4.8 miles. Did a brisk pace, and Emmy had trouble keeping up. Will start pushing her a lot harder when her exams end on Friday in preparation for Jackson Hole, WY and cross country next year. |

| Took the incline up a half degree to 8.5 after yesterday's excellent workout at 8.0 for 90 solid minutes. But could only do 51 minutes before taking a required 5 minute break. Finished up the last 9+ minutes to get to 4.00 miles even. Will try for 60 solid minutes and a full 4.0 miles with no break at incline 8.5 tomorrow.

Not bad. Can do better. Weighed in at 180.5 after workout, which is only 3 pounds above my recent low of 177.5 on 31 December 2007. Aiming for 175 by end of June and 170 by end of July. |
